Shipping Policy
NEORBIS currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and selected European Union countries.
Shipping regions
- United States: orders are fulfilled locally within the United States.
- United Kingdom: orders are fulfilled locally within the United Kingdom.
- Germany: orders are fulfilled locally within Germany.
- European Union: orders are shipped from Germany.
We do not currently provide service to other regions.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time
- United States: 2-4 business days.
- United Kingdom: 2-4 business days.
- Germany: 2-4 business days.
- European Union: 3-6 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for eligible orders of USD $39.90 or more. Any available shipping options and costs are shown before checkout is completed.
Taxes and duties
The checkout total is the final amount payable for your order. Local warehouse fulfilment does not normally create import duties for the supported destination countries listed above. If any taxes, duties or charges apply, they will be shown before checkout is completed.
Carriers and tracking
Orders are shipped with local or regional parcel carriers selected according to the destination and service availability. When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.
Lost parcels and failed delivery
If tracking shows an unusual delay, failed delivery or lost parcel, please contact us at service@neorbis.net. We will review the carrier information and help arrange a reasonable solution, such as re-delivery support, replacement or refund where appropriate.
