Thank you for choosing NEORBIS. To provide fast and reliable delivery, we store our fragrances in local warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Orders to addresses in the United States are shipped from our US warehouse.
Orders to addresses in the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK warehouse.
Orders to addresses in Germany and other EU countries are shipped from our EU warehouse located in Germany.
This fulfillment strategy ensures that most orders are delivered quickly as domestic or intra-EU shipments, with no cross-border delays for the majority of our customers.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.
3. Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- United States (US warehouse): 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom (UK warehouse): 2–5 business days
- Germany (EU warehouse): 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries (EU warehouse): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, logistics, and external factors.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. No additional charges apply at checkout.
5. Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped within the same country (US→US, UK→UK) or within the EU (from our German warehouse to any EU address) are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
For orders shipped from the UK warehouse to EU addresses (if applicable), or in other cross-border scenarios outside the above, local customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Tracking & Support
